My initial reaction of the photo was shock and outrage.  I was wondering who would do an awful thing like that, to put a baby in a cage. Until I figured this is not what I thought it was. The photo was taken by unknown photographer in 1937,CA. Of a baby cage used to ensure that children get enough sunlight and fresh air when living in an apartment building. I think the photographer succeeded capturing the photo from a difficult angle. Also, I like how blurry the background is, and it is well exposed. what first caught my eye the look on the baby face, I think the baby was admiring the view. I wish I had the same cage when I were in his age, I think It would be amazing.
